Learning from Seinfeld

Running a small company or group can be the most rewarding experience but many times it can be extremely frustrating.  Whether its lack of resources, late nights of constant work, or whatever challenges that seem improbable, there are some tough days.  The key is how, as leaders, we handle and overcome those challenges.

For now, it seems I'm taking the "Serenity Now" approach according to my business partner (and brother).  After we had a few discussions yesterday he said I reminded him of Kramer in this classic episode!  1:16 and 1:48 in!
