Fun Friday: Rise & Grind

A little Friday motivation for you…

We have a lot of stuff happening at BrightGauge these days and that means my brother and I, along with the rest of the team, are putting in some extra hours.  When Brian and I first wake up and check in with each other on Slack we typically use the phrase Rise & Grind signifying its time to “Get to Work”.

The term “grinding” can have a negative connotation, as a matter of fact when I tweeted about it one of my customers asked if it was a reference to a Miley Cyrus.  That’s not the grinding I’m referring to, I’m talking about the uncontrollable urge and excitement when you wake up to get to work building your business.

To be truly successful you have to have grit, work very hard and put in the time, and that hard work is the GRIND.  So when others are sleeping in, just know that we are GRINDING, because like Gary Vaynerchuk says the key is to keep:
